Facebook is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Candidate Experience Program Specialist. The role will work cross-functionally to support the London Product Candidate Experience and Recruiting Teams by coordinating projects for interviewer capacity, calibration & training across all pipelines for Product in London.
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE PROGRAM SPECIALIST, PRODUCT RECRUITING RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborating with EMEA program specialists to build a community
Act as key liaison point for roll-outs, ie. setting up trainings with the coordination team as well as the interviewers to update on refreshed guidelines and question sets.
Set up, manage and support all logistics of hiring training as content is refreshed and rolled out to new pipelines. Support structuring of interviewers/training on additional pipelines where possible.
Provide support to hiring managers on how to get their teams trained and how to get set up on interviewer preferences.
Partner with Interview Experience and Operations teams to research and implement additional required trainings, and structure as needed.
Help to create and manage all training manager paths, ensuring new interviewers are funneling through the process.
Support the coordinator team / leadership in pulling data around interviewer training statuses and progress.
Support the roll out of new tools, such as the candidate debrief and review tools, and manage the sessions as well as the data collection.
Lead and develop innovative, scalable solutions that improve efficiency across candidate assessment and the recruiting process as it relates to interviewer training, calibration, planning & resource balancing
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with recruiting leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Global Talent Selection, Product Business Stakeholders, Global counterparts, Facilities, Recruiting Programs teams, etc)
Partner with the Recruiting teams to understand hiring demands and how these impact existing interviewer capacity across affected pipelines, and plan accordingly with recruiting and business leads.
4 or more years of experience with project coordination, recruiting operations, or recruiting
Strong data analysis and analytical skills
Strong Communication skills and experience fostering positive, cross-functional working relationships
Experience leading multiple strategic projects/initiatives with limited oversight
Experience working across various levels of the organization
Experience presenting organizational and process flow content to audiences
Self-directed, detailed orientated problem solver
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently
Knowledge of project planning methodologies
Recruiting operations experience
Change management and influencing experience
