Facebook is seeking a G&A Candidate Experience Manager to join the North America COO Candidate Experience team. This individual will report to the COO Candidate Experience Manager and will play an integral role in leading a dynamic and highly skilled team of Recruiting Coordinators, Leads and FBAM’s to ensure that best practices are in place to provide an innovative, first class candidate experience and strategic partnership to our G&A Recruiting Teams. In addition, the G&A Candidate Experience Manager will collaborate with Recruiting leads and other COO Candidate Experience Leads on project initiatives to streamline our interview process as it relates to creating a delightful, best-in-class experience for every candidate.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE MANAGER, G&A RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day to day management and leadership of the G&A Candidate Experience Team which consists of a Lead, FBAM and Coordinators across multiple locations

  • Evolve and implement the Facebook signature candidate experience at scale across our COO & G&A Recruiting organization

  • Bring forward G&A nuances and needs to the COO & Global Candidate Experiences LT team to inform and scale global Facebook candidate experiences

  • Build effective partnerships with G&A Recruiting Leadership to support current and future business requirements

  • Lead and develop project initiatives to streamline our interview process as it relates to the candidate experience

  • Provide data, insights and metrics reporting on key interviewing activity to inform the recruiting strategy and ensure a quality approach to data integrity and candidate data privacy rights

  • Oversee and plan the hiring, onboarding and training of a hybrid team of Leads, FBAMs (manages contractors), Recruiting Schedulers & Coordinators as needed

  • Monitor, plan and recommend resource alignment and workload across the G&A Candidate Experience team

  • Lead and develop innovative, scalable solutions that improve efficiency across the G&A & COO CE & Recruiting teams

  • Anticipate team needs and growth and hire, flex and stretch to meet changing business demands

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience, empowering employees, with experience developing and driving change

  • Strategic thinker with data analysis and experience partnering with leadership and executive teams on recruiting strategy and hiring initiatives

  • Self-directed problem solver with demonstrated experience in developing and improving processes

  • Experience in prioritizing and managing workload

  • Knowledge of the business and product

  • Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, experience partnering with leadership and executive teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing, coaching and developing other Leads
