Facebook is seeking a seasoned compensation and benefits professional to support the growth of our organization across Latin America. This role will partner closely with business leaders, People team partners and the global compensation team to design, build and execute high impact compensation programs. Based in Brazil and reporting to the International Compensation Manager, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to the cultivation of a vibrant Facebook culture as it continues to scale internationally.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PARTNER LATAM RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compensation & Benefits partner for the fast growing LATAM organization supporting multiple business leaders, HRBPs and recruiting

  • Consulting with and influencing business leaders on compensation decisions and benefits strategy impacting LATAM using data-driven insights

  • Partner with both the international programs team and HQ colleagues to evolve the design and adoption of global compensation & benefits programs across LATAM

  • Design and implement effective communication and education strategies for compensation & benefits programs

  • Build deep subject matter expertise on market trends and factors impacting attraction & retention for talent across LATAM

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years’ experience in the compensation & benefits field, ideally in fast growth performance driven cultures

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships and create significant credibility with business leaders

  • Be a highly collaborative team player & great partner, focus on the doing the right thing to take care of our people & support the growth of the business

  • Good mix of hands-on, operational and design/strategy experience

  • A solid knowledge of LATAM compensation and benefits programs from market positioning to administrative details

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, backing up proposals with good data

  • Highly change orientated & great at prioritizing

  • Demonstrated project management experience, and the ability to work to tight deadlines with multiple priorities, and across multiple countries

  • An ability to bring high energy & a focus on impact
