Establish and manage strong relationships with EMEA Recruiting Managers, business leaders and HR to understand the medium to long-term hiring needs and challenges.
Lead the team to deliver the best sourcing strategies and executive search needs within EMEA to identify world class diverse talent and meet our hiring goals.
Provide a seamless client experience based on the teams use of solid data, deep knowledge of the external talent market, the provision of expert advice and proactive communication.
Put operational systems and efficient, inclusive ways of working in place so we’re capable of scaling to a substantially larger capacity.
Partner effectively with the EMEA POP team to shape and use our multiple tools, processes and programs to creatively source, brand, attract and engage a diverse pipeline of candidates in the region
Ensure the Leadership Recruiters to build/maintain a diverse executive network and pipeline
Maintain a highly candidate centric culture
Establish meaningful relationships key cross-functional stakeholders e.g. other Recruiting teams within EMEA & Executive Recruiting & Sourcing teams in the other Regions, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams
Manage partnerships with external search firms and providers to ensure the best outcomes and return on investment
Manage the EMEA Leadership & Sourcing regional budgetary items, HC and OPEX
