Description Recruiting is a strategic driver of Facebook’s success. We have a world-class team working to support our ambitions and scale to the next level. This role is for a tactical marketing expert and creative thinker that will lead a team of Brand Managers and Event Managers focused on the Facebook Employment Brand. This lead will have impact on attracting key talent to Facebook within their specific recruiting pipeline. This person will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be data-driven, collaborative, and strategic to manage a nimble team and projects.


  • Manage the day-to-day operations and work for a team of 5+ events and brand marketers

  • Own the annual strategy and prioritization for GPS recruiting events and brand campaigns, as well as ensure that each function/pipeline has a diversity plan embedded into the overall Attract plan

  • Co-design and execute the global employment content strategy and campaigns, along with the embedded diversity plan that amplifies and builds on the overall Attract plan

  • Own and manage the relationships, meetings and communication across key stakeholders and partners to ensure the success of GPS Recruiting events and brand campaigns

  • Own the GPS functional budget, calendar, team communications and briefings, plus the strategy reporting and analysis for the GPS specific pipeline strategy

  • Manage and track budgets to maximize ROI and achieve strategies

  • Evaluate metrics, provide insight-based recommendations for actions to determine strategy results, demonstrate how efforts have increased diversity pipelines, DSA and/or diverse hires, determine overall success and maximize ROI

  • Champion diversity and inclusion culture, hiring practices and storytelling internally and externally

  • Consistently search for new opportunities to elevate the Facebook employment brand by reviewing competitors and benchmarking, understanding industry best practices and nurturing partnerships

  • Consistently look for opportunities to scale the team for efficiency, through combining activities, reducing the overall number of brand and event activities across GPS

  • Look for more targeted approaches to meet the function’s hiring needs

  • Drive cross-functional partnerships across GPS pipelines and hiring teams to ensure consistent event and branding processes

  • Work closely with business partners to consistently refine processes and assess opportunities for improvement – including the recruiting team, Facebook leadership, and cross-functional partners

  • Ability to travel 10-25% is required


  • 7+ years of marketing experience across experiential/events and digital/online brand execution

  • 3+ years experience managing a team with a proven record of coaching team and interacting across people of all levels, up to Directors and VPs

  • Experience in brand and event management, project execution and strategy analysis

  • Proven communication experience

  • Time management and experience working across concurrent priorities

  • Organizational experience

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Programs, CRM and Marketing Tools and Facebook products


  • Creative and data-driven approach to solving problems

  • Strong customer satisfaction focus, consultative skills and ability to effectively influence and collaborate with interdepartmental teams
