Facebook’s Recruiting Programs and Operations (POP) team partners with Recruiting leaders globally to design inclusive top-of-funnel talent attraction strategies and programs, develop training to enhance their teams’ skills, create best-in-class interview experiences, and build tools and processes that streamline and innovate our work. Your work on our POP team will play a crucial role in helping our Recruiting teams hire the world’s best builders. Candidate Channels Engagement (or “Engage” for short) is an organization within our POP Team, that sets the strategy for how we approach talent, keeping a finger on the pulse of market and industry trends, and proactively creating channels that connect top talent with Facebook. We are looking to hire a Program Lead who will drive the strategy, planning and delivery of these programs while leading a team of Program Managers & Specialists.


  • Lead the team responsible for building programs that support qualifying and sharing talent from candidate channels. Direct applicants and Referrals

  • Partner with Recruiting Leadership to understand highest priority areas, create roadmap and communicate regularly on status of program and progress to goal.

  • Continually hold team accountable for delivering strong candidate and referrer experience and promote inclusive practices

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills to analyse data and insights to influence program metrics, drive improvements and innovate.

  • Manage complex projects effectively with regional and global partners (Recruiting Managers, Hiring Managers and Referrers)

  • Design communications and change management programs that scale across the recruiting organization

  • Conduct market research to understand competitor landscape and in order to build best in class programs


  • Track record of developing high performing teams

  • 5+ years experience developing and executing scaled Recruiting Programs

  • Strong program & project management skills

  • Excellent XFN stakeholder skills and comfortable communicating across all levels of a global, matrixed organization

  • Experience in utilising data and insights in order to optimise program performance and demonstrate impact

  • Experience working cross-functionally and strengthening relationships with clients and partners

  • Data fluent with advanced knowledge of MS Excel

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently

  • Excellent written, communication and organization skills
