Facebook is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and experienced world-class professional to help manage change related to transformative recruiting initiatives or other People wide initiatives that will impact Recruiting. The Change Management Program Manager will lead change initiatives by engaging, advising, and informing key internal & external stakeholders, including the design, development, and delivery of change strategies and plans that drive value for the stakeholders and drive desired business outcomes. Strong candidates will have experience assessing stakeholder impacts and developing and executing change, communications, and training strategies.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess, develop and make recommendations to project teams in relation to change readiness

  • Assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change

  • Provide subject matter expertise on risks, issues, dependencies, and reception of change by end-users

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies

  • Lead the creation of actionable deliverables to facilitate change, including communications plans, sponsor plans, training plans, and resistance management plans

  • Lead and coach key stakeholders in change management strategies and activities

  • Identify obstacles to change and recommends corrective action

  • Partner with key stakeholders to plan, prepare, and develop key messages, communication and supporting content/video material to enable swift adoption and overall success of change initiative

  • Build strong partnerships with internal & external stakeholders to drive adoption and deliver desired business outcomes

  • Define, measure, and monitor success metrics for change progress, including monitoring employee burnout from change initiatives

  • Drive continuous improvement activities that will enhance internal change capabilities

  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of change management projects and ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule and on scope

  • Ensure a broader viewpoint is held throughout Recruiting projects, understanding other initiatives that are running parallel and ensuring proper overlap and communication between projects

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience leading change and communication initiatives

  • Experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model or similar framework

  • Knowledge on how people go through a change and the change process

  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous change initiatives on an enterprise scale

  • Experience in customer service orientation with communication experience

  • Experience using office productivity and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Apps, Microsoft Office)

  • Experience leading organizational change initiatives

  • Experience in execution of change management methodologies and tools (Prosci, etc.)

  • Leadership experience and experience working with all levels across organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Entrepreneurial multi-tasker who can be highly efficient with ambiguity and complexity

  • Experience thinking strategically and acting operationally and experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies

  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

  • Experience delivering quality communications, including development of key messages

  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews or focus groups, assessing results, and making recommendations

  • Experience working with all levels of employees from entry-level to senior leadership

  • Experience with performing process mapping (experience with Visio or MindMap software)

  • Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (or other design suite) experience with producing content in various innovative formats including video
