Facebook’s Global Recruiting Programs and Operations Insights team is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to assess the efficacy of our recruiting programs. You'll be responsible for developing, managing, and providing insights related to the measurement of our operations such as employment brand content, referrals programs, recruiter learning, event ROI, and our diversity programs. To be successful in this role, you'll have a passion for data, the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and enjoy a fast-moving organization. You’ll identify ways to tell a compelling story about the impact of our recruiting programs. You will thrive within cross-functional teams, excel at building and managing relationships with internal partners and stakeholders, and exhibit excellent organizational and presentation skills.   • Develop measurement framework to document content marketing performance in a dashboard format, including key KPIs from all channels

  • Measure the ROI of all content marketing efforts, including organic, paid, and earned content

  • Connect content engagement to business actions

  • Uncover gaps in current insight tools, integrate new analytics and tracking solutions to surface data

  • Report on actionable steps to optimize and improve the performance of content engagement to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Report on growth/engagement/demographics of our current communities

  • Pull insights from all talent channels and compile the most important recommendations plus top/bottom content

  • Leverage tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Workday, Visier, and Excel to drive analytics and enable client self-service on routine queries

  • Manage data from our media partners - for example, LinkedIn and Glassdoor

  • Track our external vendors and our campaigns on their channels to applications and hires

  • Act as an internal consultant by understanding business needs, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to key business partners in collaboration with the Global People Analytics team

  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions for the People team


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3+ years’ reporting and analytics experience


  • Degree in a quantitative field, such as Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or Information Systems

  • Experience with recruiting data

  • Experience with Google Analytics and customizing the environment for business analytics goals

  • SEO Experience

  • Proven experience manipulating, storing, and reporting on data via Excel and/or SQL

  • Experience using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to communicate and present insights

  • Proven track record of delivering business value by making recommendations utilizing data insights

  • Demonstrated experience in adapting, learning new skill sets, and gaining an understanding of operational challenges

  • Experience in building relationships and collaborating within a cross-functional team

  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills

  • Entrepreneurial, with a proven experience executing on multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Flexible as the needs and demands of the team evolve

  • Strong presentation skills
