Visier is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager as an integral part of our Revenue Operations team helping our sales team operate more efficiently and productively in support of the company’s rapid growth objectives.
This role will be focused on developing operational excellence around our sales operations, and will work to identify, design and build solutions to improve productivity. Working collaboratively with stakeholders from across the business, you will be responsible for sales process transformation, solution design, change management and reporting. Data is your best friend, your approach is hands on, and you have a passion and curiosity to uncover insights and efficiency through data analysis. You also are highly collaborative, and enjoy a team environment where you can share your knowledge to help others optimize their performance. The successful candidate will also have a keen interest in uncovering new trends and evaluating new technologies to support the strategic growth of Visier’s sales technology stack.
What you'll be doing... Collaborate with Marketing and Inside Sales Teams on demand and lead generation programs intended to grow the pipeline of opportunities for new clients as well as customer growthOptimize our lead management processes including marketing and sales handoff, lead assignments, territory data management and reportingCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of reporting and metricsImplement dashboards with key performance metrics including but not limited to: pipeline and forecast reports, lead tracking, account growth and retentionCreate and maintain documentation on the Sales process, policies, and assist with onboarding new Sales talentProactively identify points of friction in sales operations and build solutions to help efficiency. Consistently monitor feedback from the sales team to improve process and promote efficiencyAssists in managing and administrating sales technology (renewals, usage and track return on investment). Evaluate, recommend, and build business cases for technologies which drive process improvementsLead the Sales organization through effective Change Management programs, including collaboration with Sales Enablement to design and build training programs to communicate Sales processEnsure the SFDC database is clean of duplicates and outdated opportunities to maintain data integrity and accuracy
What you'll bring to the table... 3+ years sales operations experience, in a B2B technology/software environment preferred with a focus on sales automation, sales operations and/or sales analytics2+ years Salesforce Administrator experience.University degree with specialization in Marketing or Business preferredExperience in a startup or emerging growth technology company an assetStrong analytical and logical thinking skills, and a data-driven marketing mindsetExceptional technical proficiency in sales technologiesAbility to connect sales activities and processes to business objectivesExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsWell-developed interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented, with high quality standardsYou roll up your sleevesYou make it simpleYou are proudYou never stop learningYou play to win
