We are looking for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of hiring various commercial and strategic roles across our Partnerships organisation. Developing and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders, you will develop long term talent pipelines and work as a trusted business partner to identify and hire world class talent within Facebook. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.

  • Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyse requirements to determine target profile needs and matches.

  • Develop and execute the research strategy to support our global resourcing needs including evolving our processes so we can streamline and innovate how we work with the business.

  • Consistently review hiring and funnel data to track and measure effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve.

  • Proactively identify, suggest and support implementing ways we can make our tools and processes better to enhance productivity.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals.

  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams).

  • Proactively engage in and contribute to our diversity and inclusion strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary education or equivalent professional experience

  • Significant experience recruiting across a range of role types and seniority levels

  • Passionate about Facebook and able to speak to our technology/industry

  • Proven collaborator - you get energy from partnering with others to solve problems, identify opportunities and drive great results

  • Commercially minded - you get at the heart of the business and their key objectives in order to completely understand how to identify the right people in the market to drive the mission forward.

  • Effective Communicator - you are able to adapt your verbal or written communications to the audience to ensure the message lands.
