As a means to support the expansion of demand for our work and support, we are hiring a Learning Architect, to be based at our Menlo Park, California headquarters. This role will be focused on managing the production of all aspects of program development and delivery, including administration, metrics, and impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the L&D Design & Development team, as well as other key client partner and vendor teams to deliver on operational strategy and annual plans for key soft skills programs and offerings

  • Identify opportunities to optimize and make programs consistent globally while balancing the business need for flexibility

  • Coordinate special event logistics

  • Understand and apply program strategies to decision making and proposals

  • Establish standardized program reporting to deliver insights to client partner teams and the Design and Development team

  • Manage and consult on new programs or changes to existing programs

  • Manage and escalate risks and issues and collaborate with L&D team members on resolution

  • Make recommendations and create proposals on program changes and conduct cost/benefit analysis of potential operational improvements, as well as day-to-day decisions

  • Develop and ensure standard operating procedures are in place for programs supported by the team globally

  • Work closely with remote staff and drive consistency of global processes

  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action

  • Architect, design and lead organization-wide learning that builds leadership capabilities for leaders, managers, employees, and teams at Facebook

  • Systems-thinking approach to leadership, development and learning

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of corporate business experience

  • 5+ years of program/project management experience

  • Customer service, communication and cross group collaboration experience

  • Project management, process improvement, and problem solving experience

  • Time management and multi-tasking experience across projects

  • Experience working across various levels of the organization

  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Excel experience in creating macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and work books

  • Experience working in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in L&D or HR Program Operations

  • Experience managing an outsourced vendor relationship

  • Salesforce, Workday and LMS experience

  • Bachelors degree
