Lead the design and ongoing delivery of processes that support headcount management across Facebook Biz teams. This will require cross-functional collaboration with partners across Finance, Recruiting, HR and within Biz Mission Control.
Establish, track, and leverage KPIs and quality metrics to manage your team and processes.
Facilitate change management and escalation process with Finance counterparts for requested changes to headcount targets.
Work to minimize downstream impact and communicate appropriately.
Establish and iterate on current tooling for headcount management processes, and use data to determine opportunity areas and improvements. You will be the voice at the table to represent the Biz team's tooling needs for headcount management systems.
Support regular cross-functional meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on workforce targets, address problem areas, and collaborate on solutions. Be prepared for regular updates leadership teams. Drive project plans (actions, owners, timelines) for related projects.
Improve data integrity of cost centers, managers, talent profiles and other employee attributes within Workday and Salesforce.
Partner with the team’s lead analyst to develop in depth Excel and Tableau reporting, which is leveraged by all cross-functional partners. Leverage analytics to ensure data-driven decisions are being made.
Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
Ensure scope, schedule, resources are aligned with project plans that drive efficiency.
Develop, execute, and manage bi-annual project prioritization as well as end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
Lead a team of analysts that will perform various transactions in our headcount management systems.
7+ years problem-solving, technical and/or program management experience.
Communication experience working with technical management teams.
Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience.
