As a Diversity Recruiting, Project Manager you will work closely with multiple cross-functional partners in developing comprehensive diversity strategies in conjunction with Product Group leaders and Recruiting Directors. We are seeking a project manager who is team-oriented and collaborative with a project management mind-set and a passion for solving extremely difficult problems. The key to this role is the ability to move fast, be responsive, navigate ambiguity, and make an impact.

DIVERSITY RECRUITING, PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build diversity strategies exclusively focusing on five core Product Groups

  • Partner with Product Group Recruiting Business Partners for strategic planning and alignment

  • Work cross functionally to support the Product Groups’ diversity recruiting efforts to include co-develop strategies and goals for our Product Group diversity recruiting task forces

  • Partner with Referrals PMs on diversity focused referral efforts

  • Partner with our Diversity Data Analyst in manage data analysis, insights and reporting for Product Group as a direct result of the partnership provide data driven recommendations

  • Work with Diversity Program Managers to understand pipeline narratives and gather diversity initiatives, programs and asks by pipeline

  • Develop strong partnerships with the varied Diversity Business Partners working across the Product Groups and align on roles and responsibilities

  • Maintain close partnership with cross functional colleagues and stakeholders across the SpecTech recruiting org to align on shared Product Group initiatives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of corporate work experience focused on building and executing processes and programs within Recruitment, HR, Talent Management or D&I

  • Demonstrated project management experience with multiple stakeholders prioritizing and delegating projects/tasks

  • Experience engaging directly with executive-level clients and stakeholders

  • Experience communicating with and building relationships with cross-functional partners

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience building out programming/projects in an organization where scaling for growth has been a feature
