Facebook is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Global Security and Enterprise Engineering organizations. The ideal candidate will contribute with hands-on and programmatic support to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture. The ideal candidate will bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to a growing organization. This is a full-time role located in our Menlo Park or Fremont office.

HR BUSINESS PARTNER, GLOBAL SECURITY AND ENTERPRISE ENGINEERING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide HR programmatic support, thought partnership, and coaching to managers and directors of the organization

  • Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions

  • Develop tailored and innovative programs at scale to supporting managers of non-exempt populations

  • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs

  • Execute on talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans

  • Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year

  • Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business

  • Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution

  • Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners, supporting employee relations issues as needed and identify trends unique to these teams and partner with leadership and other HR partners to implement solutions

  • Attend, and potentially facilitate, team and offsite meetings as needed

  • Participate as an integral member of the extended HR community

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role

  • Demonstrated solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business

  • Demonstrated project management experience

  • Communication and problem-solving skills and experience identifying trends and solving at scale

  • Demonstrated empathy and experience driving inclusion work

  • Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams

  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action

  • Experience supporting a non-exempt workforce and also senior leaders

  • Demonstrated experience with giving guidance in ambiguous situations and maintain consistency across teams

  • Demonstrated experience with context switch and support many different types of roles and teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree preferred

  • Experience working with clients in Information Technology (IT), Reception, Facilities or Physical Security
