Description As a Diversity Business Partner - PM, you will develop strategies to increase volume of skilled applicants and hires from underrepresented backgrounds, support the advancement of internal talent, and continue to build an inclusive workplace for employees across the Global Marketing Solutions (GMS) organization. Additionally, the incumbent in this role will design and guide our efforts to build and integrate D&I programs throughout the company's systems, processes, and organizations. The incumbent in this role will support the execution of a wide range of D&I initiatives and programs that will increase impact of the GMS D&I strategies, and drive cross-functional efforts to measure short, mid, and long-term program impact. We are seeking a collaborative and skilled diversity and inclusion practitioner with demonstrated ability to leverage change management expertise to drive process efficiencies related to holistic strategies aligned to the employee life-cycle. Key to this role is the ability to partner and integrate diversity and inclusion within business, HR and recruiting processes with the ability to move fast, navigate ambiguity, strategically influence leaders across all levels of the organization, and collectively make an impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead D&I operations and strategies for finding, growing and keeping diverse talent while leveraging cross-functional partners to drive impact

  • Apply advanced Diversity & Inclusion knowledge while leveraging understanding of other team functions

  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data trends to evolve D&I programs across GMS

  • Lead projects with frequent partnership across Diversity team and HR/Legal/Recruiting/People Analytics functions

  • Proactively identifies the root cause of complex issues across multiple program areas

  • Propose industry-leading and creative solutions and influences leadership to take action

  • Be accountable for results of managing risk, taking into account employee, business and company perspectives

  • Influence and drive impact through broad internal and external working relationships

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of corporate business experience

  • 6+ years of experience in HR (combination of experience in HR, Recruiting, Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion)

  • 3+ years of program management and/or consulting experience across the HR space

  • Experience with diversity content development and facilitation

  • Experience with project management, strategic operations, strategy consulting, and designing data-driven diversity programs and strategies

  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, change management, strategy & vision development and communications

  • Experience with research and data analysis

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent HR work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting sales and marketing
