Facebook is seeking a seasoned employee benefits risk financing professional to support the growth of our organization internationally. In this role, you will partner closely with our senior global stakeholders in the development and management of financing strategy of employee benefits programs. This role is a central part of the international benefits team and will provide the successful candidate with exposure to cross collaborate with multiple global stakeholders. It provides opportunities for further growth while delivering a unique amount of autonomy and variety. This is a full-time role based in Singapore.

INTERNATIONAL BENEFITS MANAGER (FINANCING AND ANALYTICS) RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide strategic input on the organization’s risk financing strategy of employee benefits programs

  • Support activities relating to implementation of organization’s captive insurance company

  • Manage the strategy on the role of insurance networks and partners in relation to insurable benefits

  • Take responsibility for the relationships with global insurable benefits networks and providers, including fronting partners, international medical, international assistance and international life assurance

  • to include contract management and periodic review

  • Partner with the regional Benefits teams in the financing strategy of the organization's existing and new insurable benefit plans

  • Maintain and monitor processes for the review of insurable benefits providers globally and locally

  • Support the Health & Wellbeing Lead in the analysis of international health and benefits data - data to include medical plans, absenteeism and sickness, occupational health, EAP and health assessments

  • Develop and maintain data covering the Group's insurable benefit arrangements to support management, and the requirements and activities of the Group P&B and PRB teams

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in relevant discipline example, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, etc.

  • Deep knowledge and exposure in all aspects of insurable employee benefits

  • Knowledge of different approaches in the financing of benefits including trust, self-insured, insured and captive arrangements

  • Detailed understanding of approaches to pricing and cost management for insurable benefits

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships & credibility with business leaders

  • Experience of best practice for insurable benefits, including the role of a captive insurance company, within major multinational companies preferred

  • Highly change orientated & great at prioritising

  • Demonstrated project management experience, and the ability to work to tight deadlines with multiple priorities, and across multiple countries

  • Self-starter and able to work with a high degree of autonomy as part of a small global team
