Facebook Recruiting is seeking a Recruiting Operations and Supply Chain Analyst to focus on the supply chain, logistics, capacity, and experience of Interviewing. The ideal candidate has passion as well as proven expertise analyzing data for the purpose of driving direction and influencing strategy. As part of your work, you will interact with stakeholders across multiple internal recruiting teams and cross functional business partners by developing data solutions that inform our strategy.
RECRUITING OPERATIONS AND SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with both internal and external partners to analyze global resourcing needs for the number of interviews Facebook needs to conduct
Conduct analysis focused on the logistics, experience, and capacity of interviewing across Facebook Interviewing
Partner directly with Recruiting, Facilities, and Transportation to build out a strategy to address resource and location concerns to enable a positive candidate experience
Analyze and prepare data focused presentations for clients and stakeholders for the purpose of scale
Drive initiatives and processes across the Recruiting Organization focused on the supply of resources (people and facilities) versus the demand of interviewing
Build dashboards that support business priorities
Identify, assess, and minimize risks until successful project completion
Assist with training internal Recruiting team on newly defined processes
Create and maintain reports focused on the health of Interviewing and the logistics behind it
4+ years of hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholders
2+ years of experience in SQL
Quantitative and analytical experience and experience using of decision-making tools, including predictive analytics, statistical modeling and sensitivity analysis
Experience using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
Experience creating a project road map with subsequent milestones
Demonstrated experience prioritizing and shuffling workload
Experience process mapping and project scoping
Experience dealing with sensitive data and confidential data
Experience working independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously involving various groups, locations and vendors
Knowledge of technical system and data structure
