We are looking for a University Recruiting Manager to overseeing our Marketing, Ops, Partnership and G&A businesses.


  • Lead a growing team of 6 recruiters responsible for Global Marketing Solutions, Global Operations, Partnership and G&A recruiting within North America, including recruiting strategy, goals, performance management, day-to-day task management

  • Partner with functional business leaders, cross-functional partners, and recruiting leaders to develop comprehensive headcount planning and integration with programs

  • Provide reporting to the Global Recruiting teams and internal clients regarding recruiting results and how team is tracking to goals

  • Track and manage the UR team budget, providing updates when needed

  • Anticipate team needs and growth and hire, flex and stretch to meet changing business demand

  • Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Facebook and our talent acquisition team


  • 8+ years of recruiting, HR or related experience

  • 4+ years of people management experience

  • University Recruiting or Programs experience

  • Experience with compiling, analyzing and capturing insights from data to support business decisions

  • Experience effectively influencing and communicating cross-functionally

  • Experience to identifying trends and leveraging knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies for the Business recruitment team

  • Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, experience in being detail-oriented and having organizational skills


  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing recruiting and/or sourcing teams

  • Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills
