Visier is the leader in people analytics and is seeking a resilient Deal Desk Specialist who possesses strong business acumen, a passion for the finest details, and previous contract management experience to join the highly collaborative Finance team.

As a member of the Finance team, the Deal Desk Specialist will partner with cross-functional teams throughout the deal process in formulating deal structure, ensuring compliance to internal policies, and strengthening the current deal desk process.

What you'll be doing...

  • Serve as a trusted partner to Sales in formulating deal structure and drafting order documents, including quoting, pricing, products, and commercial terms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams; flag and escalate any non-standard deal structure to relevant stakeholders to ensure acceptability. Ensure all approvals are obtained and documented according to internal policies.
  • Familiar with the entire deal process from start to closing to help facilitate all aspects of the role such as contract negotiations, order preparation, contract signatures, and Salesforce data management.
  • Serve as the point of contact between Sales and Legal and compile final order packages with absolute accuracy for customers’ signature.
  • Maintain and ensure the internal deal desk policy repository is up-to-date.
  • Work with Sales Ops to migrate pricing, quoting and approval automation into Salesforce
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to develop and deliver product-related pricing and deal process information to the sales organization

  • What you'll bring to the table...

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in professional work experience in contract management, preferably in SaaS and/or enterprise software
  • Experience in driving complex contracts to closure
  • Extensive experience in document formatting tools including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat; experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Strong business acumen, organized, critical thinker, attention (and with absolute love) to details, great sense of urgency (the ability to drop everything and get to the deal to help) and outstanding writing and editing skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple activities and meeting established goals in a deadline-driven environment
