Description Facebook’s Recruiting Programs and Operations (POP) team partners with Recruiting leaders globally to design inclusive top-of-funnel talent attraction strategies and programs, develop trainings to enhance their teams’ skills, create best-in-class interview experiences, and build tools and processes that streamline and innovate our work. Your work on our POP team will play a crucial role in helping our Recruiting teams hire the world’s best builders.


  • Facilitate 4 day on-boarding program as needed

  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage logistics for rLearn at Facebook (i.e. verifies supplies at remote locations, prepares materials, creates attendance rosters, prepares rooms, send out communications, etc.)

  • Maintain supplies for each course, such as books, toolkits, and printouts

  • Communicate details and logistics of all upcoming sessions with event facilitators, participants, and stakeholders

  • Act as point of contact for facilitators, participants, and stakeholders

  • Maintain Learning Management System (LMS), by setting up and managing program configurations in LMS (Cornerstone)

  • Manage relationship with outsourced scheduling teams through weekly syncs and on-going conversations, ensuring timely execution

  • Reserve speakers for learning sessions or events

  • Manage meeting space reservations and logistics (includes event tickets, AV, catering)

  • Manage relationship with facilities to ensure and assist with proper room set up and take down

  • Manage and send program communications (learner, speaker, and guest facilitator invitations, pre-work, survey, post-program messaging)

  • Coordinate and order materials and swag, and assist in the delivery of on-boarding packages

  • Manage enrollment, attendance tracking, and provides routine reporting

  • Compile evaluation and survey data for each session on a bi-weekly and monthly basis

  • Pull HR data (ex. Salesforce) and filters as required for organization and enrollment

  • Maintain internal Wiki pages for the global training team

  • Set up class and sessions with appropriate materials

  • Market available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information

  • Design and/or maintain and prepare and order educational aids and materials

  • Deliver additional training courses and support program managers as needed

  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records

  • Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts

  • On advisement of Onboarding Program Manager, ensure all TalentCamp specific initiatives and program iterations align with existing onboarding strategy

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business HR, Learning & Development, or a related field or equivalent business experience
