This role will work with a variety of cross-functional teams to build personal and meaningful career experiences for people at Facebook.
PROGRAM MANAGER, CAREER PROGRAMS RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a company-wide expert on career development, developing a strategy for engaging all career partners to ensure consistency in messaging and experience
Partner on the continuing development and rollout of a company-wide career philosophy and vision
Develop career development resources, with special emphasis on how people can build a community of people to support their development
Based on data and insights, develop and implement tactics to support people in understanding and growing their skills and strengths
Partner with HRBP, Learning and Development, and People Analytics teams to understand the effectiveness of career messaging and programs
revise strategy and programs as needed
Moderate internal communities and discussions related to career growth at Facebook
9+ years of work experience in HR, program design, or consulting
Experience with project management, program design/management, and change management
Experience generating creative ideas, prototype, and develop a plan to execute
Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, and teamwork skills
Experience operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment
Experience helping global organizations scale
Experience leading cross-functional teams on multiple projects simultaneously
BA/BS degree or equivalent HR work experience
