To help us understand and design this experience, we are looking for a creative, strategic, collaborative, and action- oriented Program Manager. This role will work with a variety of cross-functional teams to build personal and meaningful career experiences for people at Facebook.

PROGRAM MANAGER, CAREER PROGRAMS RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a company-wide expert on career development, developing a strategy for engaging all career partners to ensure consistency in messaging and experience

  • Partner on the continuing development and rollout of a company-wide career philosophy and vision

  • Develop career development resources, with special emphasis on how people can build a community of people to support their development

  • Based on data and insights, develop and implement tactics to support people in understanding and growing their skills and strengths

  • Partner with HRBP, Learning and Development, and People Analytics teams to understand the effectiveness of career messaging and programs

  • revise strategy and programs as needed

  • Moderate internal communities and discussions related to career growth at Facebook

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 9+ years of work experience in HR, program design, or consulting

  • Experience with project management, program design/management, and change management

  • Experience generating creative ideas, prototype, and develop a plan to execute

  • Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, and teamwork skills

  • Experience operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment

  • Experience helping global organizations scale

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams on multiple projects simultaneously

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent HR work experience
