As a member of our Recruiting team, the Sourcer works closely with our Recruiters and hiring managers to develop strategies to find candidates for our Growth & Analytics organization. We conceive practical and creative ways to surface leading talent, and we invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach. We’re passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience, and that starts with the first conversation a candidate has with us, which is more often than not with a member of our Sourcing team. We’re seeking a dynamic Sourcer who brings a level of motivation, curiosity and scrappiness to our team.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for building and cultivating talent pipelines for our hiring needs and will be instrumental in our ability to scale our business, working towards our mission to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with Recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to deeply understand technical and analytical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization and to ensure consistent candidate pipeline for each requisition

  • Proactively collaborate with recruiting, coordination and hiring partners to achieve hiring targets for the pipeline while providing excellent candidate experience

  • Achieve sourcing objectives by finding, engaging and activating passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques

  • Strategize different ways to build diverse talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns

  • Regularly track pipeline activity and maintain real-time data integrity with our internal tools

  • Metrics driven and able to achieve weekly activity targets (phone screens, interviews, etc.) and bi-annual hiring targets

  • Manages own pipeline and regularly monitors individual and pipeline conversion ratios to efficiently move candidates through the funnel while maintaining high quality throughout

  • Monitors industry trends and new business initiatives in competitive industries, shares information with the team as appropriate

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years technical sourcing experience

  • Experience reviewing resumes for potential alignment with hiring team’s open roles

  • Tech and industry knowledge with experience understanding tech skills, target companies, conferences, open source communities

  • Interpersonal and communication experience

  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and interviewers and recruiting team

  • Experience sourcing for passive candidates

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team in the Product Analytics industry
