Candidate Channels Engagement (or “Engage” for short) is an organization that sets the strategy for how we approach finding talent, keeping a finger on the pulse of market and industry trends, and proactively creating channels that bring top talent to us.
CHANNELS VENDOR PROGRAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with extended team members to understand, document and analyze current state of the global candidate channels tools in use
Proactively suggest process improvements to the current vendor decisioning and on boarding processes related to candidate sourcing
Obtain alignment on objectives and articulate strategy to key stakeholders, champion the implementation of the process changes/new ideas
Provide feedback and make recommendations on program status, progress, and partnership insights to Operations and Functional Leaders
Create and share success and utilization metrics for our tool vendor partner relationships
Plan and execute reports, Quarterly Business Reviews and special projects with our key vendor partners
Share qualitative and anecdotal data that ties execution to achieving our strategic goals
Implement, document and scale best practices across the greater organization
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Vendor Management or similar field
Demonstrated project management, analytical and problem-solving experience
Demonstrated experience working with shifting priorities
Demonstrated experience influencing process efficiencies while working across multiple business areas
Demonstrated experience creating and presenting content
Demonstrated experience analyzing trends and consolidating data/information to present for review with primary stakeholders
Experience communicating effectively by adjusting style, tone and level of detail based on the audience, ability to tell stories with data
Sourcing tool knowledge with ability to differentiate varying company strategies
Ability to accomplish daily tasks with minimal supervision and produce high quality work
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
Experience with Enterprise recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, Stack Overflow, etc.
