As a Facebook Diversity Business Partner, you will develop and execute strategic and holistic diversity strategies and programs with aligned tools, metrics and resources. Our goal is to enable the development and advancement of diverse internal talent, to strengthen our employer brand, and to increase volume of skilled diverse applicants and hires. We are seeking a team-oriented and skilled diversity and inclusion practitioner with demonstrated ability to design, implement and execute holistic strategies aligned to the employee life-cycle. Key to this role is the ability to partner and integrate diversity and inclusion within HR and recruiting processes with the ability to move fast, navigate ambiguity, and collectively make an impact. This person will bring together both internal and external diversity events into one roadmap, including recruiting events, internal/external tech talks, community outreach and branding events across multiple locations.

DIVERSITY BUSINESS PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply expert understanding and expertise in role, demonstrates full range of one Diversity function

  • Regularly lead projects with frequent partnership across the Diversity team and HR/Legal/Recruiting functions

  • Be accountable for all strategy and operations of one or more competency areas

  • Lead solution implementation and measurement

  • Work results in measurable success

  • Influence internal clients to develop or partner on innovative, market-leading solutions

  • Take a broad perspective to problems and think holistically

  • Proactively identifies the root cause of complex issues across multiple program areas

  • Propose industry-leading and creative solutions and influences leadership to take action

  • Be accountable for results of managing risk, taking into account employee, business and company perspectives

  • Influence and drive impact through broad internal and external working relationships

  • Be a trusted advisor and leverage deep knowledge of the company at all levels

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience with Recruitment, HR or Talent Management

  • 5+ years of diversity and inclusion experience

  • Experience with diversity content development and facilitation

  • Experience with project management, strategic operations, strategy consulting, and designing data-driven diversity program strategies

  • Experience with research and data analysis

  • Experience processing information and building solutions to challenges and approaches to opportunities
