The Marketing Events Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing our corporate physical and virtual event strategy.
You will be responsible for developing and analyzing the performance of customer acquisition and branding events. You will own the complete process from strategy, to budgeting, to execution, and reporting.
What you'll be doing... Develop corporate event strategy utilizing a combination of physical and virtual events. Lead all activities related to event selection, planning, sponsorship, exhibiting, speaking, staffing, management and participant supportConduct research and analysis on potential event activities, including sponsorship and speaking opportunitiesOversee all webinars, which includes tracking participant registration, organizing presentation material with speaker(s), working with speaker(s) throughout webinar to make sure the presentation runs smoothlyCollaborate with content, customer, and product marketing to match content plans with speaking opportunities.Evaluate event and webinar performance, including return on investment tracking, delivering feedback, and providing debrief/post-event reports and analysisManage relationships with webinar channel partnersManage the events calendar, communications, logistics and execution, including venues, contracts, signage, swag, etc.Track budget costs throughout the course of project and communicate scope changesAssist Field Marketing Managers with regional event logistics
What you'll bring to the table... 2-5 years of experience working trade shows or eventsCompletion of Bachelor’s degree or related working experienceExperience using Marketo or similar solution Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Desire to learn and implement feedback quickly Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
