We are looking for an People Services Onboarding specialist who will drive the delivery of our onboarding processes to our growing EMEA workforce, including offer letters and new hire travel, in partnership with our vendor team. In addition this person will manage a number of internal team initiatives to enable the scaling and evolution of our team. We are looking for a self starter who delivers best in class employee experience, enjoys solving problems, building and figuring out the best way to do things, and is passionate about process improvement.
PEOPLE SERVICES ONBOARDING SPECIALIST EMEA (STE COVER) RESPONSIBILITIES
EMEA owner/lead of key HR processes (including New hire Onboarding and New hire Travel), with intricate knowledge and expertise in end to end process and responsible for successful delivery of process
Managing onsite vendor team resources in the completion of BAU process activities ensuring best in class quality and performance delivered
Manage the completion of sensitive HR processes end to end
Manage the resolution of complex / exception / escalation cases
identifying and driving next steps, managing stakeholder communications and ensuring timely completion of cases to the satisfaction of customers and partner groups
Build and leverage data and analytics (incl. KPI’s and QA) to measure process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvements
Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to make positive impact on process performance and global alignment
working in collaboration w/ global, outsourced and CoE teams
EMEA rep in Global pods
shaping and influencing priorities and project managing delivery of global / regional priority initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with key process partners
Plan and execute change management activities to ensure process changes are correctly implemented, measured and maintained across the region
Manage team intake process for new work - providing critical thinking to assess suitability of work, develop and manage roadmaps and manage transition process
Work with Tech teams on prioritization of projects/enhancements on behalf of EMEA People Operations
Drive priority team initiatives to build EMEA People Services team for scale
BA/BS in Business, HR, Operations, or related field
5+ years of experience working with employees / HR processes or consulting experience
Comfortable working through ambiguity and uncertainty in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment
Demonstrated capabilities owning and driving processes and improvement projects with minimal direction
Self-starter and fast learner requiring minimal direction on a day to day basis.
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to multi-task & manage competing priorities
Ability to work across various levels of the organization, while building trust and fostering collaboration
Ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals
